Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JoJo Siwa Official gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
